  1. Nice video but why not return Response in the Service? This implies that the ExceptionMapper will be response for any codes other than 200. I'm not to fond of the ExceptionMapper as I see it often used for control flow.

  2. There are exceptions when you would not want to represent a time using Zulu.  Specifically, if you want to know the local time of some event (ex. What time was it for the capturer when he took a photo? If he took the photo on the other side of the world, I'd rather see what time it was for him when he took it rather than what time it was for me.  Otherwise I might think, "hmm.. that's weird.  It's sunny out, but the photo was captured at midnight.").
