i'm natalie pollard from CWB national leasing I've been with the company for 17 years almost and I specialize in Ontario agriculture you know some of the biggest differences between someone like CWB national leasing in a traditional bank or credit union out there is we do have agricultural specialists we do have commercial specialists we have specialists in each vertical that actually understand the customer our customers the firm producers they will go and work with a dealer any kind of dealer they negotiate the transaction they decide what kind of equipment or what kind of building that they want they actually figure that out and then the dealer and or that the producer can come to us either-or and say hey I want to look at leasing options this is the quote the dealer put together for me what can you do and we will give them options and we work with them because we try and customize payment solutions for their operations buildings are one of these slowest depreciating assets you can have on the farm and so because of that if you are gonna lease to own a building you actually can compress that time frame of depreciation into a four five six or even seven year lease and expense it along the way no different than fuel leases are a hundred percent expense not depreciating the asset so it's a little bit different than traditional finance we're very fast as compared to a bank we probably need last information to approve you for your transaction in a much quicker time most of our transactions are approved honestly either auto approved so we might be seventeen seconds for an approval depending on the dollar value within the same day and if you're into a bigger one two hundred fifty thousand we might be two days that's a lot different of a time frame we're here to educate people to help them make a decision you
