DIY Millennial Pink Halloween Costume

DIY Millennial Pink Halloween Costume

Hey guys its Riann and today I am bringing
you a Halloween tutorial these are some of my favorite videos to make and I’m going to
be showing you how to be Millennial Pink so to start off with the directions to make this
costume the first thing you’ll need to get is some foam board and on the two longer sides
and one of the shorter sides of the foam board we’re going to trace out a three inch border
so three inches away from the side and you’re going to want to create that border on both
the long sides and one of the short sides then on the last short side we’re going to
make a border six inches into the center instead of three next I’m going to take an x-acto
knife and cut out that inner square that we traced out once that is all traced out you
just pop out the middle and you have the frame that you’re working with next I’m going to
have all of the exact measurements in the information bar below but we are going to
use a pencil to stencil out Pantone and also Millennial Pink if you’re not familiar with
Pantone I’ll have that linked in the information bar as well but anybody who is kind of in
the fashion art industry I’m sure you guys are very familiar so yeah I’m just going to
go ahead and use pencil to get the spacing and everything right on my costume so once
I have gotten it all done and I think it looks nice in pencil I’m going to go over it with
Sharpie I’m going to use the fat Sharpie to go over the Pantone letters and then I’m going
to use a skinnier Sharpie to go over the Millennial Pink and the trademark of Pantone in the corner so once I have traced over everything in Sharpies
I’m going to go ahead and use an eraser to erase any of the pencil that is showing and
make sure that it looks cleaned up so the rest of this outfit is super simple so I’m
just going to wear black boots and black jeans but I’m going to put on an obviously Millennial
pink sweater and then over that I put on my Millennial pink trench coat and now all you
need is the frame and you’re good to go now this isn’t all you could do for this costume
you can also accessorize with Millennial accessories so one of the things you could grab would
be like a bottle of rosé or any other brunch type beverage or even some avocado toast and
with this one you can have a snack later after you’ve eaten all that candy too and don’t
forget to take lots of selfies so everyone knows that you’re a Millennial so that brings
us to the end of this Halloween tutorial I hope you guys enjoyed it I thought it was
so much fun to make I hope you guys thinks its kind of funny and cheeky too I hope you
guys have a really happy and safe Halloween don’t forget to subscribe and I will talk
to you very soon bye guys
