Fitness St Louis Personal Trainer Advice: Proper Workout Attire

Hi, my name is Clint Schambach and I am a
personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with level up fitness in St Louis, MO.
A question that I hear quite often any time someone starts a new personal training routine
routine is what should they wear? Do the need to buy new shoes or shop for a new workout
wardrobe? They want to know if they are going to have
to spend additional money on new clothes or new shoes. They have already spent money to
start their weight loss process and are worried about going over budget with additional costs
and purchases. The good news is that most of the time you
will not need to purchase any additional wardrobe items. All you will need for your workout
clothes is a comfortable pair of pants or shorts, and a comfortable shirt. Preferably
something that is made out of a light fabric and allows you to move freely. This will allow
you to stay cooler and not overheat during your workouts. And your shoes just need to
be whats commonly referred to as gym shoes or running shoes. All that means is that your
shoes should be able to be tied securely to your feet and provide good ankle support.
Something you may not have thought about is the fact that by not wearing proper attire
to your personal training workouts, you can increase your chance of injury with unstable
shoes and also increase the chance of overheating with improper clothing. Both of which will
not allow you to workout at the intensity and duration necessary to achieve your fat
loss goals. If you or anyone you know is struggling with
fitness or weight loss, and has been going to their local gyms, fitness center, or health
club bootcamp without seeing any fat loss results, then let me invite you to check out
additional videos on our website or YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/FitnessStLouis.
