How to Apply Peel Coat Top Coat Effects to Your Car

How do you like my Rust-Oleum Peel Coat design?
I added some racing stripes on the hood and tower stripes on the side. But, I’m thinking
it needs another personal touch before I’m ready to hit the road. Rust-Oleum Peel Coat
products have already let us customize our cars with cool colors and designs for wheels,
rims, and hoods, with the best part being–we can change it up as much as we want because
it peels right off. But hold on. It doesn’t stop there anymore. Rust-Oleum now offers
even more options for us to add originality to our vehicles with a new product called
Top Coat Effects. I feel like adding some shine to my design. So I’m going to add Silver
Flake Effects. I’ll show you how it works. First, add your Peel Coat layer following
directions in the color of your choice. Then, hit it with your Top Coat Effect. Start with
1-4 coats, but feel free to keep spraying it until you get it where you want. Top Coat
Effects come in 3 variations–Gloss Clear to give your matte finish a glossy shine,
Silver, Gold, & Copper Flake, a metallic finish that adds depth, style, & shine to your design,
and finally, Color Shift, which changes color depending on where the light hits it. How
cool is that? Here’s the best part: you can totally change it up. Once it dries, this
stuff peels right off. Take a look at that finish. I can’t wait to show this thing off.
