How To Let Garment Colors Substitute For Printed Inks


For printing to black garments, the KnockMeBlackOut
tool removes black from the image, allowing the garment to show through. Choose Jobs menu>Production Plug-ins>KnockMeBlackOut
The Underbase slider adjusts the amount of color ink, which affects the white underbase. These controls are like levels adjustment
for semi-transparent areas, which have four preview modes:
Transparent shows the colors printed against a transparent background. Show Underbase displays white ink coverage
as black. Red mask displays any amount of white underbase
as red. Shirt color simulates printing on the garment. For printing to color garments, the KnockMeColorOut
tool removes selected colors from the image, allowing the garment to show through. Choose Jobs menu>Production Plug-ins>KnockMeColorOut
A maximum of four colors can be removed. These controls are similar to the KnockMeBlackOut
tool.
