The fabric is beautiful so I will look for some that inspire me once I make them I will share it with you. 15. These turned out great I think I will make the frame. I wanted to let you know I spray painted 2 large industrial drying racks like you did in your other video. I am using them in my 2 retail booths, I have in an Art and Antique Mall, for display to hang antique post cards on. It worked out perfect. Thank you very much for the idea!

  19. I received a old pin cushion from my grandmother it was 70 years old, so I looked on line to see how to make one..It is called a "puzzle ball". You can use your smallest material scraps and make one..Look them up and see how simple they are…I made all my sister and sister-in-Laws one for Christmas…

  20. Hello Dolly,

I absolutely love your home, it is very charming and full of character. I thoroughly
enjoyed all of your videos thus far. This is only the second crafting video I have watched
of yours that did not involve painting. (Furry pillow on an IKEA stool.) I appreciate your
efforts but, you should be using an Staple Gun instead of a Glue Gun. Also, when applying
or wrapping a round object (The Cake Board) you should have cut your fabric into a circle
slightly larger than your board. Then cut slits all around the circumference of your fabric.
That would have made it easier to fold your fabric around it giving you a cleaner folded edge.

I sincerely hope I haven’t offended you, honestly that was not my intent. It’s just that I have
been crafting very similar objects probably before you were born. Thank you so very much for
all of your lovely videos and for sharing your style and grace with us. God Bless.
Sincerely Yours, Jane Deadlock (My screen name is just my cancer, I decided to laugh about it.)

  21. Ooooohh…these are soooo pretty. Love the fabric you used. AND such a great idea. Even I am tempted to cover something and use it for a notice board. Using the twine and pegs is brilliant and adds another pretty textural element. Way to go Catherine! (Wouldn't these make darling gifts?)

  22. this works really well with cork mats too, the kind you get for pennies in ikea, imade loads when my girls were younger in different designs for their school photos etc. put them on the wall with command strips

  23. These are sooooo cute! I don't know how I found your channel but I love it! Even though I am a grandma now I wish I could make every room a cute, dainty room like yours. I have a granddaughter now how loves pink and purples so my childhood continues! I am wondering what your house on the outside looks like. I actually thought Shabby Chec was a brand of sheets at Target. I love them! Thanks for your great ideas!

  24. Thank you. Nice project and so versatile. I like the idea of painting the frame and using twine and clothespins too. I have a large multi picture frame that is unpainted and a collection of quotes and fabric.

  25. Hi,
The vision board looks amazingly and I wanted to know how did you hang your fabric covered cake base on the wall?
