BOTH NEIGHBORS AND COUNTY LEADERS HAVE RAISED CONCERNS ABOUT A PROPOSAL TO RE-ZONE THE WELLINGTON HOUSE SITE AND PUT A SHOPPING AREA IN ITS PLACE. THE TOWN’S AGENDA HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED TO SAY THE PARTY PUSHING FOR THE ZONE CHANGE HAS ASKED FOR IT TO BE TAKEN OFF THE TOWN BOARD AGENDA FOR TONIGHT. THERE’S NO WORD YET ON WHEN THE TOWN BOARD WILL TAKE UP THE APPROVED ANTI- DISCRIMINATION RULES THAT STOP EMPLOYERS FROM ACTING AGAINST WORKERS BECAUSE OF CLOTHING, HEAD COVERINGS OR HAIR STYLES WORN BECAUSE OF
