The Last Coat Review: Stefon in Gainesville, GA

– [Stefon] Alrighty,
this video is my review of The Last Coat, which
is a surface protectant. As you can see, this is my Chevy Suburban. This car is primarily driven by my wife, so it sees quite a few
of the auto car washes. Not too many hand-washing
goes on with this. And it sees a ton of road trip. Now to the product. The product is, I think, is one of the best products out there. I’ve tried pretty much all
the products available. Ever since I was 10 years old detailing cars with my father. From all the waxes, to the spray waxes, you just name it, we
pretty much have tried it. We came across a product,
the F11 a few years ago, and we tried it and we liked
it pretty, pretty well. I mean, it’s a pretty nice product. My only thing is that it
seemed to not last long at all. So I was looking for something else that I can kinda substitute that, especially when I’m cleaning this vehicle. ‘Cause this vehicle is a bear to clean. But I was hand-washing it, of course, and trying to put hand wax on it. I mean, that takes at
least a couple hours. So I was looking for
something that was gonna protect, shine, of course, and last. And so I came across this
product, The Last Coat, after trying F11, and I just
wanted to compare the two. And as you can see, this is one coat of The Last Coat that I’ve
puttin’ on this vehicle. And this vehicle has
approximately 129,000 miles on it. So the paint is not new at all. And as I said before, there’s
been a lot of road trips. Whenever we go on a road trip, we take this vehicle. We go down to south
Georgia and Florida a lot, so I mean, it sees its fair share of road grime, bugs, and what have you. And you can see the paint. The paint is not 100% the best, because I haven’t paid
anyone to revive the coat, to refinish it, if you will. I mean, it’s nice, I
mean don’t get me wrong. The paint quality, I believe is nice, but anyway, so like I said,
this is the last product. It’s kind of a cloudy day, the sun kinda went behind the clouds on me
as I was making this video. But I just wanted a product
that I can use everyday, that was quick to use,
and was simple to use. And I completely applied the first coat on my Suburban in approximately
40 minutes by myself. And that’s spraying it
on, wiping it as directed, and then buffing it off. Which, that may sound
like that’s a lot of work, but it’s really simple to do. When you spray it on there
and you initially wipe it, you’re gonna see some
streaking and some hazing, and then you come behind it with another microfiber cloth and just wipe it off. So you’re pretty much just spraying it on, wiping it, wiping it off, and then just coming back and just kinda cleaning up and making sure it goes into this, go into your paint real well. What I really like about this product I’ve also noticed is, if you let it sit a while after you get done wiping it, it kinda, it’s weird, it
kinda adheres to the paint. It’s almost like, I mean, it
is, the call it The Last Coat. I mean, it really is a coat. It almost feels like a shell. It’s something I really
haven’t experienced before out of a spray product. But as you can see, even in the shade, it’s shining very well. And as I said, this car
has many miles on it, so. It has its fair share of imperfections. And once again, I wanted to do a real-world review on a product. This is not some show car that’s been paint-corrected and
buffed numerous of times and that’s a garage queen. This is not it. This is a real-world review. This is a daily-driven car as well. So in short, I think
it’s a fantastic product. I mean, I really like it. The ease of use, the longevity of it, how it protects, and most
definitely how it shines. You can see how it’s reflecting so well. I just personally think it is by far the best product out there. I mean, if you have any questions, just please free to leave a comment, and I’ll most definitely answer it. Alright, thank you. Stay blessed.
